User Acquisition Manager (Web focus)

Responsibilities

Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, focusing primarily on web funnels
Set and validate hypotheses across the funnel: traffic → landing page → conversion
Collaborate with the designer and producer to deliver and test creatives
Analyze funnel performance from click to purchase
Explore new user acquisition channels and approaches

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Amplitude, or Tableau
Experience working with landing pages or web funnels
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Requirements

1+ years of experience in UA or Performance Marketing, preferably with a focus on web
Strong analytical skills and understanding of funnel metrics (CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, LTV)
Proactive mindset – you suggest tests instead of waiting for tasks
Flexibility and the ability to work with uncertainty and adapt quickly
