Requirements

Over 1 year of hands-on experience in user acquisition
Proven track record managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) with budgets exceeding $300K.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to structure and deliver clear ideas, feedback, and instructions across teams.
Analytical approach to campaign performance, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Demonstrated ability to navigate shifting priorities, make quick decisions, and adapt strategies in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in English – B2 or higher level

Responsibilities

Managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including launch, optimization, and scaling.
Use a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, funnels, and creatives daily to optimize toward performance goals
Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing technologies.
