Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Innovation team, responsible for the development, support, and improvement of automation systems that streamline our creative and marketing workflows. This role will focus on technical execution while working closely with the Innovation Manager who will handle cross-departmental communication and requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Airtable-based automation systems (including our ATLAS platform);
• Develop new automation solutions using Python/JavaScript, low-code, and no-code tools;
• Implement improvements to existing workflows based on feedback and changing business needs;
• Contribute to the development of new projects including our other inner-company tools;
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose innovative solutions;
• Collaborate with the Innovation Manager to translate business requirements into technical implementations;
• Document automation processes and maintain technical knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Junior+ level experience with automation tools or basic programming
• Experience using AI tools to generate and implement code solutions
• Demonstrated ability to understand and modify automation systems
• Practical examples of implemented automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, and/or Zapier is a plus
• Some experience with automation projects (personal or professional) is a plus
• Understanding of marketing creative processes is a plus
• Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, etc.) is highly valued
• Background in design or creative fields is a plus

Programming Languages:

• Working knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js and Python fundamentals
• Basic understanding of Google Apps Script
• Familiarity with the concepts of ExtendScript/JSX for Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of basic programming principles (variables, functions, conditionals)
• Ability to read, comprehend, and modify AI-generated code

Automation & Scripting:

• Experience with Airtable scripting and formula syntax
• Proficiency in Google Sheets formula syntax
• Practical experience building workflows in Make.com, n8n, and/or Zapier
• Knowledge of Slack Bolt framework or SDK for bot development is a plus
• Experience with CEP (Common Extensibility Platform) for Adobe extensions is a plus

Data & Integration:

• Strong understanding of JSON/XML data structures
• Experience implementing and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of API authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
• Proficiency with regular expressions for data parsing
• Experience with HTTP request methods and protocols

Web Technologies:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for UI components in integrations
• Understanding of client-server communication principles
• AI Tools: Proficiency in using and prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to generate code and solve problems
• Marketing Technology: Some familiarity with digital marketing tools and creative workflows (Facebook Ads, Google Drive, etc.)
• Data Handling: Experience with data manipulation, formatting, and transfer between systems
