Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all open positions across the organization.
  • Build and execute innovative talent pipelines through research, referrals, events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build strong, trusted relationships throughout the recruiting process.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Continuously improve the speed and quality of your recruiting efforts.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing clear communication and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze market trends, prepare salary surveys, and stay abreast of industry insights.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, mission, and values to potential candidates.
  • Optimize recruiting strategies through data-driven approaches, helping to reduce the time to hire and improve the quality of hires.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • A keen eye for identifying top talent quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, especially for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to build diverse recruiting pipelines for multiple roles, including engineering, marketing, product, and more.
  • Expertise in engaging and activating passive candidates through compelling communications.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed hiring goals.
  • Proficiency in English (intermediate or above) — both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • An inquisitive mindset with a commitment to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
