Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of product analytics experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Advanced SQL skills to manipulate and process data.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau preferred) to create impactful visualizations.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical testing, and segmentation.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests with actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with key subscription, monetization and marketing metrics (CPI, RoAS, LTV, Retention, etc.) and channels​.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with subscription monetization apps and web subscriptions.
  • Python proficiency for advanced data processing tasks.

Responsibilities:

As part of our BI & Analytics team, you will lead the Marketing/Product Analysts sub-team while collaborating with the other two sub-teams: Data Engineering and Data Science. You will also work closely with key stakeholders, including the User Acquisition (UA) team and Product Managers, to ensure alignment, facilitate effective communication, and deliver actionable insights that drive business results.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 3 analysts, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently while fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Product and Marketing Analytics: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver actionable insights through A/B testing, event logging, dashboard development, and data investigations.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline analytics workflows and improve cross-departmental collaboration to ensure data solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Ad Hoc Problem Solving: Address strategic, high-level requests that require creative, data-driven solutions.
