A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or a related field
  • Creative production expertise. Strong knowledge of creative production, including video, graphic design, copywriting, and digital advertising
  • Data-driven decision-making. Ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions about creative direction and messaging
  • Project management. Experience in managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital marketing. Understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
  • Leadership. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals and excel in their roles
  • Communication. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem-solving. Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to challenges and obstacles
  • Adaptability. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
  • English at the Upper-Intermediate level and higher, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Developing creative marketing strategies. Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals
  • Team management. Manage and lead a team of marketers, designers, and video editors to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Production process optimization. Streamline the creative production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Performance optimization. Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of creative materials, using data and analytics to make informed decisions about creative direction and messaging
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with other teams, including user acquisition, analytics, and product marketing, to ensure that creative materials are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives
