Responsibilities:

• Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application.
• Working closely with the Product and UA teams to identify key features and advantages of the application, and trying different collaborative approaches to boost performance.
• Optimizing creatives based on analytical data and user feedback.
• Conducting competitors’ research to analyze best practices on the market.
• Creating advertisements for META, Google, and other networks. 
• Organizing brainstorms with the team.
• Writing briefs for UGC, evaluating results, and reworking content to improve the results.
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas.
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals.
• Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking.
• Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months (1+ years would be a plus) of experience as a creative producer in performance marketing (preferably in the healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness domain).
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs.
• Ability to create and implement engaging, informative, and performing creative strategies and content that effectively attract users.
• Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Independence and willingness to push the processes.
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast change.
• English at B2 (upper-intermediate) level or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with AI and its integration into workflows.
• Profound work experience with one of the platforms (in order of priority): Google, Applovin, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest.
