Gismart Motion Design Hackathon is here
The best-performing ads aren’t just beautiful — they’re fast, structured, and built with purpose. Time to build one yourself.
Join our Gismart Motion Design Hackathon — a chance to put that thinking into practice in a real context.
2-3 May. Online. And yes — a genuine shot at joining our team or getting prizes.
What it is
Not a portfolio contest. Not a theory course. A hands-on, mentor-guided challenge where you’ll break down what makes ads actually perform — and then make one from scratch.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Dig into hooks, structure, and storytelling that go beyond “looking good”
- Get mentored by Gismart professionals along the way
- Work with AI tools and real production workflows
- Submit a finished motion ad — built by you, start to finish
What’s inside
Anatomy of a winning ad. What actually stops the scroll and keeps people watching.
Storytelling that sells. How to turn an idea into a clear, engaging ad narrative.
Production tools & AI workflow. Concept → execution → iteration. Fast.
Competitor research like a pro. Spot winning patterns. Turn them into ideas.
AI in motion design. How tools like Nano Banana and Veo-3 fit into real creative work.
And to close it all out — the Final Challenge. Build a motion ad for a live product brief. Apply everything. Show how you think.
Win prizes. Or something even better
The strongest works from the Final Challenge get featured on Gismart’s social media — and the community votes for the winners.
- 1st place — Apple Watch Series 11
- 2nd place — AirPods Pro 3
- 3rd place — Gismart Branded Backpack
But here’s the part that actually matters — top performers get a chance to join the Gismart team!
