Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar client/partner-facing role
• Strong operational skills: ability to manage multiple relationships, projects, and deadlines at once without losing track
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold a professional, professional conversations with senior partner contacts
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to drive change and champion new ideas
• Proactive, strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait for things to be assigned, you spot what needs to happen and make it happen

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with Google, Meta, TikTok/ByteDance, Apple, or similar tech platforms
• Experience in mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based products
• Experience building partnership processes or a partnerships function from scratch

Responsibilities

• Build and grow strong relationships with partners that translate into new business opportunities and a real competitive edge
• Manage day-to-day communication with our key partners and ensure the relationship runs smoothly
• Stay on top of joint projects, events, and deadlines across multiple partners at the same time
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, connecting them with the right people internally
• Structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnership deals from start to finish
• Plan and run partner events and joint initiatives, including summits, workshops, and business reviews
• Identify new partnership opportunities and turn them into long-term value for the company
• Continuously refine and improve how the partnerships function works
