Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar analytics role
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead role
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets
  • Strong Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical tests, correlation analysis, and segmentation
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights, presenting analysis results in a clear and compelling manner

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in full-cycle product analytics, including owning product and marketing analytics and driving data-informed decisions
  • Experience with subscription monetization products, including an understanding of key metrics, user retention, churn analysis, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Basic knowledge of Data Science, including familiarity with machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, and clustering techniques

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product analytics team (3 members)
  • Engage with key stakeholders, such as product managers and marketers, to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy
  • Prioritize tasks based on business value and potential impact while balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of product changes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collect requirements and maintain the event logging template to ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking of user interactions and key product events
  • Ensure data quality and uncover insights to provide actionable recommendations that improve the product and marketing performance
