Requirements

• Background in fitness (coach, trainer, group classes, etc.) OR experience in content creation (video, educational, product or SEO content)
• Strong written English (clear, simple, structured)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple processes (content + production coordination)
• Strong communication skills (internal + external stakeholders)
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear instructions
• Interest in fitness and wellness

Would be a plus

• Knowledge of additional languages
• Familiarity with modern AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization

Responsibilities

Workout & content creation

• Research fitness trends, competitor content, and emerging wellness formats
• Select exercises for shoots and build clear, well-structured exercise lists
• Help design workouts and programs that align with user goals
• Write clear, easy-to-follow exercise instructions for voiceovers and in-app use
• Craft engaging workout names and descriptions
• Manage post-shoot content organization: add and tag exercises in content sheets, keeping everything clear, structured, and consistent
• Review final exercise videos for quality and accuracy
• Participate in voiceover creation: select voices that match our tone and review audio before it goes live
• Contribute to blog content and other editorial formats when needed

Shoot preparation

• Communicate with coaches and models to ensure they’re ready for content shoots
• Help support shoot planning: scheduling, basic coordination, keeping things organized and running smoothly
