Requirements

2+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience
Familiarity with web-based product marketing
Solid understanding of trends in the health and fitness industry
Data-informed mindset with the ability to turn data & insights into actionable results
Funnel optimization experience
Effective decision-making and ability to drive results
Strong ability to collaborate across design, content, acquisition, and product teams
Troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving skills
Upper-intermediate English skills

Will be an asset

General understanding of key UA channels: Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat.
Understanding of the subscription business model
Prior experience marketing health and fitness products.

Responsibilities

Develop the ROI-driven product marketing strategy for H&F products (web/mobile).
Work closely with product, development and UA teams to achieve product OKRs
Generate and validate new hypotheses to grow subscription base, LTV, and key funnel metrics.
Conduct experiments and A/B testing. Analyze results and improve marketing funnel effectiveness
Create compelling messages across multiple marketing channels
